工作職責(zé)terms of reference： ◆方案的設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品選型； ◆Scheme design and product selection. ◆繪制方案圖和施工圖，設(shè)計(jì)圖紙專業(yè)美觀； ◆Draw scheme drawing and construction drawing, professional and beautiful design drawings. ◆對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)院圖紙?zhí)岢鰞?yōu)化建議，勘察現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，進(jìn)行深化； ◆Put forward optimization suggestions to design institute drawings, survey the site and deepen. ◆對(duì)工程量進(jìn)行核算、完成報(bào)價(jià) ； ◆Calculate the quantity of the project and issue the quotation. ◆對(duì)方案進(jìn)行說(shuō)明，回復(fù)客戶疑問(wèn)，保證項(xiàng)目順利推進(jìn)實(shí)施； ◆Explain the plan, reply to customers' questions, ensure the smooth implementation of the project. ◆負(fù)責(zé)暖通項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)工作，熟悉流程，把控標(biāo)書(shū)重要條款，認(rèn)真仔細(xì)； ◆ In charge of HVAC project bidding, proficient in bidding procedures and strict review of critical bidding document clauses. ◆按時(shí)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的的其他臨時(shí)工作。 ◆Finish other temporary work assigned by superior on time. Ⅲ.職位要求job requirements： ◆二級(jí)建造師優(yōu)先； ◆ Second class construction engineer qualification is preferred. ◆暖通相關(guān)專業(yè)；熟悉機(jī)電、給排水專業(yè)優(yōu)先； ◆ Major in HVAC, familiar with mechanical and electrical engineering, water supply and drainage is preferred. ◆具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和優(yōu)秀的溝通能力； ◆ Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills. ◆性格開(kāi)朗，思維敏捷，具備良好的應(yīng)變能力 ◆ Cheerful personality, quick thinking, good strain capacity and pressure ability
